Biography

Sepideh Nejad Sattari was born in Isfahan, Iran,in 1982. Isfahan is known throughout the world for the extraordinary quality of its art and artists. This is where she first observed fine art and grew up with it.

Sattari was born during the Iran-Iraq war and spent the first six years of her childhood in the midst of the war. After that, she grew up and matured during the sociopolitical ups and downs situation of my country. This was a very influential time in her life and in the development of her art.

As a young woman, Sattari was interested in art and nature, and earned an engineering degree in plant protection from Isfahan University of Technology. At the same time she refining her painting under the private supervision of a number of masters of the craft. 

Sattari has held several solo exhibitions in Tehran, and has participated in several group exhibitions in Iran and other countries.
